Ground spur gears

• We have a wide varieties of 7 sizes from module 0.5 to 3.0.
• Materials: Chromium Molybdenum steel of SCM435 and SCM440 (ISO 34CrMo4, 42CrMo4) complete with induction hardening (HRC49-55)
  We can add an additional work at the bore and hub.
• System of accuracy: JIS B 1702 class 1 equivalent to ISO class 5
• Diameters of bore, outer, side face, side face of hub are ground finish. These have become the reference surface of additional work.
• We have a type of solid shaft on both axis (pinion)

Ground rack gears

• Accuracy
  ・Straightness of raw material: Accuracy of machining work is within 0.040 mm.
  ・Parallisim of material: Four surfaces are ground finish, and accuracy of parallisim is within 0.01 mm.
  ・Deviation of total pitch cumulative is within 0.025 mm.
• For the usage of Anti backlash spur gears.
  Recently, increases in demand of anti backlash mechanism. Can get close to zero of backlash when engaging with ground rack gear.
  However, please take note that high accurate installation is needed.
• Regarding the secular change of the material
  The thermal refining was applied on the raw material (Hs40-45). However, the secular changes may occur caused by inner stress.

Material: Chromium molybdenum steel of SCM435 (ISO 34CrMo4, 42CrMo4) with induction hardening
Material of ground rack gear is Carbon steel of S45C (ISO C45)
