KG-BS series has launched since 1989 as the pioneer batch for the KG-unit products. The concepts of development are Easy, Convenient and Advantage Edge products.
The features of BS series design are simple and compact, maintenance free. Maximum function and minimum space. Anyone can design the BS series easily.

BS series
- Bevel gearbox with miniature size.
- Backlash of BOX-self has within 15′.
- There are two types of body-form known as L and T. Gear ratios are 1:1 and 1:2.
- Shaft diameters are from φ3 to φ12 with compact design.
- With built-in KG-straight bevel gears.
- Realizing the light weight on the body by adopted a material of Aluminium.
- Infused to high quality grease before sealed. Oil seal of BE series are not designed.
BSH series
- Spiral bevel gears with medium size.
- Backlash of BOX-self designed to within 10′
- Shaft diameters are φ12～φ25 with compact design.
- With built-in high accuracy of spiral miter gears and compact design. Backlash of BOX-self designed to within 10″.
- With machined finish in all surfaces and has become the reference surfaces.
